LAC Promotes Breast Cancer Awareness at the Sweet Auburn Festival

During the weekend of May 8, 2010, LAC participated in an annual historical event in Atlanta, GA known as the Sweet Auburn Festival. LAC thanks the Sweet Auburn Festival committee for inviting us to participate. We were able to meet people from many different places, which included NC, TX, NY, VA, and even Barbados!

During this three day event, between 350,000 - 600,000 people attended. We were able to reach out to many people and spread the word about our non-profit organization, and its mission to promote breast cancer awareness. We had a great time hosting the Just for Women Stage and meeting breast cancer survivors.
